Coordinating cleaning and turnover services
Confirming the the scheduled work had been completed
Providing the client with updates
Organizing basic service records and invoices
*Vendor fees, materials repairs, and third-party service charges are not included in Grey Studio LLC’s coordination fee and are the responsibility of client. Client approval may be required before work is scheduled or expenses are incurred.
